Answers to your frequently asked questions


  • Are you licensed?

    Yes, all Property Managers and Leasing Agents maintain a license through the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    Yes, we are available 24 Hours a day for Emergency maintenance issues. Call (708) 532-6200 and follow the prompts for Emergency Maintenance.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, owner proceeds are deposited directly into your bank account.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    It is not necessary for you to sign the lease. We provide Full Service management, we will take care of that. A copy of the current lease is available on the Owner portal.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Real estate sales is not our focus. We are focused on Property Management.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    We don’t issue paper checks. Owner proceeds are electronically deposited to the bank account that you choose on a monthly basis.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    We encourage tenants to pay online. Tenants are also welcome to mail their rent payment or deliver it to our reception desk. We will issue a 5 Day notice if we don’t receive rent. This is the first step in the Eviction process.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    A typical lease is 12 months, although arrangements can be made for shorter or longer terms.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Our typical Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent + $300, although this may change depending upon circumstances.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    We can start today!
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage Community Associations (HOA, Condo, Townhomes) and rental properties (single family & apartment buildings).
